This appears to be a Windsor block.
4 bolt splay cap
9.2" deck height

Casting numbers found as follows:

E32M-6015-A351

5L13 351WCP23

Was said to be a Nascar block by previous owner.
Any thoughts?

It's a Ford Motorsport (now Ford Racing) block. Go to the Fprd Racing webpage and find a parts dealer near you.Call him and ask him which one it is.
I don't have a cross reference of the casting numbers of those.
