I recently dyno'd my engine equipped with a 750 DP jetted 78 primary and 80 secondary.
Initially the average BSFC was low so we increased jet sizes to 79/81. Power and torque improved but BSFC was still low. We then upped the jet size to 80/82 - increases in avg HP and torque again. I was happy at this point and stopped here but I think conventional wisdom will tell me I've gone too far...but I can't argue with the numbers.
