Well the map is something I found online, I didn't create it.
Haha, I knew I would get myself in trouble with this one!
As you can see there are as many gaps as there are European countries stuffed into Australia.
Russia is generally not considered part of Europe, politically speaking.
But hey, it was an off hand comment & was not meant to be taken this literally.
I was simply stating how big Western Australia is & our lack of Panteras in this state.

(And we do have Russell Crowe, although he really is a Kiwi!)

regards,
Tony.

Hey I didn't say anything, keep me outa this!! Don't make me steal the chokes out of your webers!
Today, I pulled into a local convenience store in my Pantera to grab a soda before heading to the local Memorial Day Car Show. As I am walking across the parking lot a guy walks up to me and says, "Is that some sort of Ferrari or a Lamborghini?"

I replied, "No, it is a DeTomaso." The guy says, "Oh...., I was sure it was a Ferrari or a Lamborghini."

We talked for a few more minutes and the the guy turned to walk away and said, "it kind of looks like a Pantera too."

Funny.

Have a great weekend everyone.

when I went to register mine years ago in CT the DMV (Dumb Mother V (5 year old)) took out his pocket knife and started to get within an inch of the rear decklid to pry off the Ford emblem and said "we dont do kit cars here". I grabbed his arm and stated if you scratch the car you will repaint it! I then pulled him away from it so hard... I wanted to jerk his arm out of the socket, (some of you guys/gals know how big I am) and I said go get your supervisor... who knew what the car was thank God!

One last one at a car show two 20 somethings walked up and said "Wow they named a car after the band!" I just laughed.
Hi all,
Just today I had my car out of the garage idling, a very nice neighbor in his late 60's approached me to tell me that he has a '71 Corvette (I have a 71 pushbutton). He then added he bought it in place of a pantera in the day because of the mixed press reports. It seems no day has past by that he did not regret the choice. He was at Mecum in Indy to try and buy the red one that was sold last week. Too bad he didn't get it. Just as I was chatting a neighbor past by to compliment my "GTO".
