Many years ago, I borrowed an air-flow meter at work and checked the stock pusher fans on my '72L. I got 300cfm out of each from the other side of the radiator core. A few back-of-envelope calculations led me to believe we need about 900 cfm, or the equivalent of a 25mph breeze through the core to keep from overheating in traffic. I also like the idea of a shrouded sucker-fan system so air is forced to travel through the entire core surface rather than only two 12" circles (pusher fans). If so, the dual-shrouded sucker-fan system made by Flexilite not only fits the Pantera radiator size with minor mods, it also moves more than enough air. All the Pantera vendors sell this system which fits a stand-up stock or lay-down radiator. Combine this with your Fluidyne and you have the best system known for Panteras (my opinion).
