Chrome Bumpers

Having stripped the chrome off my bumpers for re-chroming we found that they are very corroded with many holes.I now realise why so many Geese have them painted black.Has anybody made a mould of them so we could cast them in aluminium ?Any ideas ?Also has anybody got replacement Koni shocks part no's. One last thing,a diagram/measurements for a skidpan/sumpguard

the rear bumpers are pot metal and need to be resoddered and then rechromed. You will have to send it to someone who can chrome pot metal.
