Nothing on a Goose is easy! ...except for figuring out what you need to fix next!

Actually the master cylinder removal is not that bad. Your fill line should be connected to the resevoir with a piece of flexible hose. The pressure side is the only one that you'd have to worry about being a bit stuck. I'd be sure to use a good flare wrench just for brake lines. Don't be too surprised to find that most all the clutch and brake fittings are standard sizes and NOT metric!!!

Clutch master is British (Girling) as are the brake calipers!!! Brake master is a "Bendix" copy (Benditalia). Only metric pieces are the clutch slave (Fiat-Alfa) and the brake proportioning valve (if you have one) in the rear lines near the oil pan.

New clutch masters are available, and rebuild kits are available at your local parts houses! Same kit used on 84-86ish Jeep Cherokees!
