Question: My clutch pedal engages the clutch at the top of the pedal stroke, I would like to adjust it so it engages the clutch closer to the floor. Any suggestions on how to approach making this adjustment, it looks like it's not going to be fun ...
Any tricks to make this easier ...?
I hope this makes since to someone else, besides me.

As all ways, much thanks,

Mike, I read your article and have a question regarding the length of the pushrod, You say "From the center of the push rod eye to the end that contacts the slave piston it should be 3.07" to 3.09". long." Is this measurement for a stock slave cylinder? Anyone know the correct measurement for the aftermarket "long throw" slave cylinder?

I believe the 3.07-3.09" measurement is the same for any slave, since the difference between stock & long-throw slaves are in bore diameter & stroke, but they all start from the same point with the piston bottomed against the snap-ring retainer. My experience is, the slave AND master cylinders wear out pretty much as a set and replacing one often causes the other to fail rapidly.
