Hello, I'm new here. Recently joined PCNC (still driving a Dodge tho) and took some pictures at the Concorso. Here's that Longchamp again...

180-degree headers are cool, but just looking at them makes my knuckles hurt.

I sent photos of those "other" Italian makes to CarDomain.com and they put them in the events section.

Its a Pantera (what's left of one) that's been modified to race in Group C, a racing class from the early 1980's that evolved later into the GTP class. This was a private effort, not factory sponsored, but still a legitimate racing Pantrera raced on the circuits of Europe. A couple of big names in Pantera racing history were the builders/drivers: Micangeli & Pietromarchi.

If you've seen any pictures of the Group 4 Panteras raced in 1972 & 1973, you may seen one Pantera belonging to team "Jolly". That was Micangeli & Pietromarchi.

I hope Dave and Linda bring that group 5 to the Vegas track event next year.

Actually Dave told me that they do not really have any plans to race it, but will probably put it up for sale.
