Not sure what article you're referring to. But laying down a Pantera radiator is easy: you desolder the left upper bracket and turn it 180 degrees, then solder it back on the right upper corner, so the attach hole is behind the rad, not in front. Do the same to the other bracket. This allows the rad to lean fwd about 45 degrees and still use the stock bolts, grommets etc. To add shrouded sucker fans, the in & out waterpipes must be extended about 4" longer from the tanks, so the hoses clear the fans & shroud. But note that a stock radiator is now 30+ yrs old and structural failure is possible. Some cannot be cleaned nor rebuilt, they are so bad.
