You mean it finally stopped raining? Is the black car Terry's?

No photos for me. I was in the garage and just decided to hit the road. It was sudden, short and sweet. Didn;t think about a camera. It's not what we're used to in December.

All the best to you and yours Herman. Hope we meet up someday. Your car looks great.
Dave, yes it stopped raining for 1 day. We had high winds, rain and snow, days before. When the forecast was sunshine, we made some phone calls and met for coffee. Today is cold and raining.
The black Pantera 5455 is Kevin J.
This was the last drive of the year, usually we don't take the cars out in December.

Have a Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year.

Yes!! David,

It has been beautiful the second week of December. Would you believe 10C on Sunday! And what is better, all the wet weather has washed the earlier salting away! Great news to hear that you had your car out. I must admit that I had the longing come over me as well.

As is normal, I "hang it up" December 1. Sorry I could not join you.

Happy Hanukkah

Bohdan
Merry Chistmas,

Thanks for asking Will,

The good news: The 351C/transaxle is stripped down and disconnected. It is all ready to come out. Was hoping to do it on the 23rd. To make life easier, I removed the top end and the whole front end of the block - right down to the chain cover. Hopefully, I will not have to move the engine back as much for the lift. I am trying to copy the Pantera Place removal set-up. Instead of the beams they talk about, I want to use my Ford 351C Factory lift lugs that attach to the heads at the exhaust manifold.

The bad news: Haven't done it yet. But we are coming along. The car has only been off the road for 3 weeks. I have all winter. I will keep the progress posted from time to time.

Yours,

Bohdan
Yes, that warm Pacific Northwest weather was great for bringing my new purchase home to Victoria from Tacoma, WA.

Tomorrow I get plates.

(That splash is from the puddle in my driveway, not today's weather. Looks like I'm going to have to fix that puddle soon.)

Sorry, no pictures on the road, I focused on the main mission of bringing the car home.

This is THPNNR05758, formerly owned by Ron Graves of Knoxville TN, who had it since 1987. Thanks, Ron, for taking such good care of it.

Marcus
