Can some one help me I have 2 Ford Motorsport M-12127-B341 Duraspark Racing Distributors ..they fit a 351W and have a tach drive. Will they or can they fit a 302 ??

As the 351W is a 9.5" deck block and the 302 a 8.2" I doubt very much they will fit.

Julian is correct. It will not fit due to longer shaft lenght and larger oil pump drive
(5/16" vs 1/4").

It seems the 351W distributor is a mix between the C and the 302. The body fits the 302 and 351W 9.5 and 9.2 deck ..the shaft is .531 like a 351C and the oil drive is the same as the "C" but the gear is the same as the 302 less the inside diameter of the shaft ...WOW a couple of the Boss 302 trans am boys were looking for tach drive distirbutors ..oh well.
