Door 1/4 Glass Install

I'm finally putiing my Pantera together. I'm working on the doors, and I can't get to get the front 1/4 glass in. I can't get the glass into the new rubber. I've tried the rubber in the frame and pressing the glass into the rubber. I've tried having the rubber on the glass and pressing all this into the frame. I've failed at all.

Any one out their have any tricks.
