I'm trying to remove the passenger side door glass, I have the rear felt out of the track and everything disconnected. The glass slides freely as I start going up and curving in but then it seems to bind at the front. Does the front window runner have to removed first before the door glass will come out? The outer whisker is still in place.

Just get the angle right it will come out easily, don't fight it.
Does the rear of the window come out first followed by the front?
There are two different ways it will come out. Either way be sure nothing is on the glass. No channels no rubber, etc. It can be turned and lifted out or held horizontally and out the inside.
Help! I still can't get the glass out of the door. The felt is out and the inner wisker. I can get the glass up and it is tilting in as expected, it seems to hang up between the door skin right at the top and the glass. I believe there is still about an 1 1/2 to get it to clear the door. Are the window mounting bolts supposed to be removed from the glass as well?
yes you must take out the window bolts from the window , sometimes it's a little difficult because the rubber between the glass and plate where the bolt is welded inn looks like glue.
Simon
Does the rubber come off also?
yes, use a thin knife
Thanks Simon.
Getting ready to reinstall glass. I've also done the mod to let the window go fully down, do the washers with the boss on them (they go on 23230) also go back in since the original hole is no longer in the roller guide assembly?
Another question, does the belt molding come off with the outer wisker?
Thanks for all the help.
can you explain the first question ?Picture ?
the wisker is glued in the chrome belt molding , the chrome molding is mounted with tiny screws on the door .
factory they first glue the wisker in the chrome molding and than the screws goes true the wisker and chrome trim.
I always mount first the chrome molding and than glue the wisker on the Chrome molding
I copied this photo from the Pantera Place instructions. Looking at number 2 in the photo the washer I'm referring to would normally go between the window and the roller guide, it is not there in this picture. It really would not serve a purpose with the modified hole that I can see.

for me it looks likeusual, the big hole is needed for adjust the widow on the roller guide.
only a big steel ring is needed and a M6 nut , like the left side on the picture
Thanks Simon, just wanted to confirm. I'll give it a go.
