I need a DOOR LATCH picture or diagram

does anyone have a picture or diagram of the exterior door latch? i was replacing my lever and the spring dropped out having trouble reassembling it how does the spring go?

Hey Joe-

I just put mine back together this past weekend following the door latch rechroming. I dont have a diagram but can send you a picture I took prior to disambeling that I used to rebuild.

put the straight side down first on the side where my thumb is and let the bent side float. Once you have the pin in then just force the floating side down under the chrome handle.
