My door window weatherstrip is badly in need of replacement. Can't figure out how to remove the window frame. Removed the 2 bolts holding the window channels and nothing budges. Can anyone help with some advice?

On Mike Dailey's panteraplace.com under Technical Info is some info with pics as I recall for replacing cat whiskers/felt. Check it out, but may not help. If I'm not mistaken, one or both the bottoms of those tracks is bolted to the inside bottom of the door on mine, which would require removal of inner door panel if so, unless those glass runs inside the door are totally independent from the frame above the door.
