Dumb Clutch Question

I am getting ready to install my clutch and transmission but I wasn't paying attention to how the clutch disk came out. Which side is suppose to face the flywheel? One side is flush with the clutch disk material and the other is raised in the center by about 3/8 inch. Thanks....

Clutch disc pads to the flywheel.
Torq on the pressure plate bolts,
3/8" bolts, 30-35 lbs.
5/16" bolts, 20-25 lbs.
You have a clutch disc centering tool, right ?
