they pull out easily and can replace simply use something to lubricate, soapy water, etc. and i have a very blunt curved tool,like a bike tyre lever to run along the top side to help set in place.
be carefull not to over stretch the rubber as you can do damage to the welded corner seam. unfortunatly i know this from first hand experience, as i came back to the workshop to find one of my corner seams popped. super glue is a wonderful thing.
i didnt know i had over streched it on installation , but tried to replace once it was broken started in the corner by the time i was down to the front quater window the whole rubber had moved over two inches in the same direction, thus my streching prognosis.
