Totally stock system, just replaced the cable. I pulled up the handle 6 clicks as it states in the manual, then I pulled all the slack I could through the lever adjusting nut, hooked it on and inserted the pin. On each brake side I adjusted the two nuts so that I could not turn the wheels by hand, when I release the cable, it doesn't release quite all the way and the wheels drag some when turning by hand. I can push the lever on the caliper piston by hand to free the piston up all the way and then the wheels spin more freely.

Is this normal? Will the piston release itself on it's own once the brakes are applied?

...Is the Return Spring installed at the 'Bellcrank' Lever, the lever that is Located UNDER the Car?

And there are return springs at the Levers, at each Rear Caliper.
OR...is the 'Run-Out' of the Rotor suppose to 'Kick' the 'Pads' back, once they are Released!?

Anyone Else?...
