I agree. I was looking at this car about a year ago and was told it was a european model imported into HI, now on mainland(and thru many owners). Had rust(around windshield frame for sure),ZF synchro issues, and needed a respray(it was red at that time as well-not sure if it has new paint now).

The car was NOT imported to Hawaii from Europe (at least not directly). It was purchased from the mainland U.S. and brought to Hawaii. The car had NUMEROUS issues including what looked like major accident damage. I don't know if the car had the problems rectified prior to being listed on EBay.
