Two different scammers. Both keep comming back.
John's scammer has over 100 listings all over the site. He posts time and time again with no hinderance or control by E-Bay.
The other clown actually has fake feedback. Just shows you that there is absolutely NO SECURITY at E-Bay.
With their hundreds of millions of profit each year, you'd think they could hire some E-Detective to sting these guys and put them in jail. The publicity of such a crack-down would go a long way to stop this abuse. But you know what...they couldn't care less.
Disgusting.
Mooso.
Ebay doesn't do much to stop it and they don't make it easy to let them know about these sort of things. You have to jump through hoops. All they have to do is see all the false sales in their history to see non-real items sold to/from several biders at $.01. The ebay response to these people seems to be more reactive to the iritated people then true concern for the problem.

Once I was at my computer and an email came in from EBAY. Congrats your Bayliner boat just has been listed. Im thinking I dont have a Bayliner, so i clicked on the link and low and behold my EBAY name was selling a Bayliner but the auction instructed anyone to an alternative email. Instantly I jumped on to EBAY and cancelled the auction. Almost 2 minutes later BAM, A new auction came right back up. So I cancelled twice more. Then I went into the auction changed the wording to FRAUD everywhere on the auction to prevent bidders . Eventually I was online with EBAY Security to close everything down. The Hacker charged up about $500 in lisiting fees but EBAY took them all off. The mistake was found that I answered a FISH email I thought was from EBAY. Just a note if EBAY ever sends you and email always double check to see if the same email is in your MY EBAY ACCOUNT, if it is you know its from EBAY. Also for a good laff on HACKERS go to GOOGLE and put in
EBOLA MONKEY MAN pretty funny reading about Hackers

Good Day
The moron who is listing Panteras did present a Group 4 Pantera that is for sale on this website on the Cars for Sale page. He swiped the photos and text and converted them into his own auction. He wanted 5,500 for a buy it now. A gentleman called me and was actually emailing back and forth for this car! The thief, supposedly based in Germany said he would throw in free shipping if the funds were wired over immediately. The auction has been taken down but the seller is still contacting the interested buyer. We have no control over this type of scamming or spoofing but eBay definitely has a problem. We recently had somebody put up an auction for a Yamaha motorcycle using our screen name and passwords! I reported this to eBay and they were aware of it and even had an address on the burglar. How aggressive they are in prosecuting this individual is unknown. If you are looking to buy a car, please be careful and DO NOT BUY anything you haven't seen or had looked at. Please let us know if you hear of any other scams. Dave
He had a bid history of something like 161. I looked into his bid history but it was too old to view. I looked the the bid history of those he had done auctions with. Each of the previous auctions were for $.01 widgets with no real deffinition.

Ebay doesn't try to stop these people as they almost shout it from the tallest building. They only react when people complain.

All the people he was selling $.01 widgets too were either himself or his friends building up bid history for a list of names. All the names right there in the bid history were bogus. Not hard.
