Sounds like bad ground

When you say ac are you just talking about the blower motor

I agree with Mark. Use a piece of wire and make a known ground for testing purpose. Good grounding is critical, especially in the Pantera.

You might want to check the back of the fuse block. Although the fuses are ok, sometimes the conncetions on the back of the fuse block are corroded, loose and just need to be replaced.

On the Radio attach wire to clean non painted metal part of radio and attach other end to a place on the body that is metal and has the paint scraped off so as to make a good ground with the body, underdash on firewall would be good area I think.

The radio should have a ground wire coming off of it that just may not be working because its loose or there is just a bad connection. It might be green and would be the only wire that connects to a piece of metal under the dash

thanks for you help ill try this ill search around the fuse block i did move all the cables to the fuse block around to see if they would go off but they didnt maybe the problem might be around there rather than just the radio cause the A/c blower motor turn off and on at the same time

Check them both, could be that the radio and blower ground is to the same screw and it is loose and/or not making a good connection.

The fuse box connections could be the problem to, but it is more than likely the ground.

Do you have wiring diagrams ?
Sounds like Mark might be right on if their gounded to the same place.
