Engine advice please

I am finally getting 3840 almost in GTS livery as it left the factory.

With the right Paint Decals, larger wheels etc.

and soon to fit Mr Bells electric power steer system.

I must say its finally coming really good after a 3 or more year running restoration.

BUT, isn't there always a but, I have oil leaking from the rear of the engine, and after my awful Clutch problems and removing the gearbox twice I know the output shaft on the ZF is Dry.
So it must be the rear oil seal, is this seal a common fault? Also I changed the front oil seal when I fitted new timing chains and gears but that also appears to be leaking a little too.
I just do very ordinary driving so don't see the need for a baffled sump, so whats the best seals to buy please, and sump gasket.
