Sorry, Mark but don't think it does. I see the bell housing and clutch attachments but nothing for the engine spacer plate.

From Wilkinson site. If you click on the numbers in the parts description it opens specific details on that part

If you are asking about the three bolts at the bottom they are M8x1.25x12.

since the original question has been answered, I would like to ask sort of a related question about this plate.

apperantly I don't have short term memory any more. so, my question, when I recently seperated the transaxle and bell housing from the motor, would this plate be free or would the clutch assembly prevented me from removing?

I have sent the transaxle with bell housing and the engine with clutch to two differnt shops and I can not find this plate in my shed.

So do you think I sent this plate with the engine?

The clutch and pressure plate assembly can be removed but the block plate you're referring to is captured behind the flywheel. The flywheel must be removed to remove this plate. A couple pounds can be save by swapping the steel OE plate with and aluminum version.
