Sam here, back on the forum after being away for a while.
Could someone please tell me where i can get engine mounts for my LongChamp Spyder??
Are they interchangeble with some other car maybe??

Mine are off the car at the moment, but my mechanic did not recocnize them(He is very familiar with Ford products). He suspected that they are basic industrial blocks, not necessarily from any other car.
Amazingly i tracked down a guy here in Sydney who was a main distributor of Detomaso Parts back in the 80s and 90s. He still had NOS of engine mounts!!!

We are going to find the right kind of mounts, and I´m going write the manufacturer and the spec down on my little black book..
P.s. Sam have you thought of sending info about your car to Ben Tyer for his De Tomaso database (www.qv500.com)?
