Exhaust manifold help

I've just had my stock exhaust manifolds cleaned and surfaced and am getting ready to install them. I got the gaskets from Fel Pro (stock part number ms 90332). Two questions. I have heard folks on the forum refer to utilizing anti-seize compound on the studs. What is this? Is it recommended? Where do I get it? Second, what are the torque specs for the exhaust manifold attachment?
