Where is the expansion valve capillary tube supposed to be attached?

 There is a little spring clip that holds the tube against the other  tube. It is covered with the black cork anti-condensation wrap tape in this photo.

Thanks. I don't seem to have that black clip so I'll have to make something up.

From what I have seen on several Panteras projects that clip is fairly important.  It firmly snugs the expansion valve sensor to the output of the evaporator.  I don't think the clip is unique to Pantera and it can probably be found from several sources.  Sorry, I do not have a picture of it.  It is made from spring steel.
