WAS CURIOUS TO LEARN IF ANYONE HAD SUCCESS IN EITHER PURCHASING OR FABRICATING FLOOR PANS OTHER THAN THE AFTER MARKET VERSIONS OFFERED BY HALL AND WILKINSON?

I fabricated drop floor pans for my '74 recently. They are a 'flat' steel pan as opposed to the vendors stamped 'ribbed' units, that more resemble the originals, but a 8'x4' sheet of 18 GA cold rolled steel was only $80.
Same here 18 ga no ribs ... I added two cross members and some supports for the seats which both contributed to the strength of the flat steel pans. Ron
Same here 18ga im in the process of making mine now. built new frame for rockers and tunnel with two cross members each side. tunnel frame work extends all the way to the rad. support and back to the eng. bay, pics to follow soon Larry
