Someone spent quite some time fabricating those inner fender covers, but why?
The decklid has been tweaked from probably using too strong a gas shocks. It is also a terrible fit to the rear panel and clear evidence of bondo on the left corner decklid shut line of the rear panel.
Removal of the gills and paining all the trim body color completely ruins the lines of the car IMO.
This car was discussed a while back for the rear window. It was for sale on the east coast US in May 2017.

Front wing and rocker have no crimp, bondoned all over it obviously.
Paint runners all over in the corners, car looks like it was showered red. Rubber shows sign of red colour, dazzler car.
