With the flex a light fans did you have to extend the radiator tubes to fit the the duel fans and shroud.

Yes. The rear fan shroud is about 3" thick and the rad hard lines from under the car lay across the radiator core. Unless the rad pipes are extended or the right angles cut off and longer hoses used to connect to the hard lines, the lines & hoses will hit the new shroud and fans.
