Forged Stainless Steel Exterior Handle

Has anyone purchased and installed the eBay Maserati Source forged stainless steel exterior handles? Just wondering how they fit and how easy it was to install on the black plastic exterior door assemblies? The other question is how do they work and are they really needed anyway? Here's a link to the ad on eBay:

They are pricey at $199, but just wondering if any one has had any luck with them, one way or the other?

Would love to know what others think of this that have installed them on their cars.
