Email automatically generated via the forums was not reaching members with Comcast email addresses. This was creating problems for people with Comcast email addresses who were: signing-up as new members, verifying email addresses, trying to retrieve forgotten passwords, or wishing to receive notifications about new forum content.
The folks at Social Strata contacted Comcast and requested to have our IP address removed from their spam list. Comcast granted the request, Debbie and I are happy to announce this problem has been resolved.
We have a request. If you no longer wish to receive forum notifications/subscriptions informing you of new content, please do not mark them as spam with your email provider. To help prevent the IP from being blocked again please remove or cancel the forum notifications at this end instead.
