I recharged my original system using Freeze 12. I figured that I'd pull the
"Cheap Charlie" and run the stock system until it breaks and then do a 134
conversion. The Freeze 12 conversion works great. I had the system
evacuated and just replaced using Freeze 12. the air blows really cold and
have seen no problems yet.

A conversion kit that included the following cost me $42:

1 can Freeze 12 w/leak detector
2 cans Freeze 12 refrigerant
1 can stop leak
1 can ester oil
fill hose and gauge
all needed fittings

Non flammable (at least for the most part) Match tested!

I get my stuff from this company. They ship for $10.00 flat rate. The guys customer service is great! The Pantera is different from most cars as far as the adapter fittings are concerned. If you are running the stock compressor, you'll need 90 degree adapters. He sent me replacement adapters twice before we got it right (none of it his fault) and it was all for free.

P.S. Tell him the guy from Hawaii that just ordered it from him sent you and he'll know what
you need.
