Take a look at Push1267 'Building a Gr4 Replica' thread for a great copy of the Group 4 spoiler.
https://pantera.infopop.cc/top...-gr4-replica?page=13
Or run a quick Google search to narrow down what appeals to you and someone here can probably tell you the brand and manufacturer.
Most of the Pantera vendors sell a variety of spoilers including replicas of the Gr-3 for the street. Most are fiberglas. If it hangs down more than an inch or so below the chin section of the nose, buy two or three since you WILL crack it in street driving.
I prefer the Revson which matches the body curves and doesn't hang down at all, and still gathers extra air for the radiator. Good for at least 160 mph. Larry at Pantera Parts in NV has both styles of Revson front spoilers.
I thought I heard the Dennis Quella, in Castle Rock, CO sells the fiberglass blade spoilers. I thought the shop was called Pantera Performance.
A quick search on this site for any of those terms should pull up his info.
Here’s pictures of my car with the blade spoiler. It’s on the 5357 thread, on page 12.
It’s just a simple, black, flat, fiberglass blade. I liked a lot, it’s very retro.
it’s actually harder than you think to get a good picture of the spoiler because of the flat black, and being underneath the car in the shade (Because it’s critical that the required areas of the valence and the underside is also painted in flat black - to prevent your car from looking like “a fat cat with its belly dragging on the ground“*).

Thanks, that is exactly the look I'm looking for and a little help keeping the front end planted to some extent
Dennis Quella sells a version of the blade spoiler that’s made from ABS plastic.
I just chatted with Dennis. They are out but working with their manufacturer to see what it will take to get a batch made. Just FYI and this thread made me want one too.
I'll have to give Dennis a call and get on the list!
Damn, I was meaning to call and order a spare or two. Guess I need to add my name to the list.
Dennis offers the blade spoiler in ABS plastic and also fiberglass. I have always chosen the ABS version and find I can get 5 to 7 years before inescapable driveway damage calls for a replacement
Larry
I have the abs plastic one on my car and I really like it. Subtle but effective and doesn't break.
Per PPC Facebook messenger which is a good way to communicate with Dennis and son, they were $135 but could be more. They are checking too see what the time frame is for production. I asked if they were doing ABS and FG or just one or the other. Will report back.
Can someone with one explain how they mount to the sheet metal or how?
The mounting is the only negative to the spoiler. They provide about 10 small 1032 screws, nuts and washers
I have never gone to that much trouble and I don’t think using them to mount is very secure.
I have always used sheet metal screws to attach the lip to the valance.
The last spoiler I purchased from them was trimmed very differently than my previous examples, and the mounting lip was nearly nonexistent.
if you study the pictures you can see my old spoiler has a half inch lip compared to the new spoiler with barely 1/4 inch lip. I went to the trouble of adding mounting tabs but I’ve never had to do this previously. Whoever trimmed that spoiler when it came out of the mold took off too much material. ☹️☹️😡

Unless the DZUS fasteners you’re speaking of are much smaller than what one normally uses, such as those purchased from Pegasus racing, there is not sufficient material for DZUS fittings.
Larry
There very small ill try and get you a picture my original thought was the big air dam but I really didn't like that look but I bought them to dzus it on and I wanted them small, I also thought about nut serts ss 10x32 or 8x32 I have used them on other projects in abs and fiberglass
Dennis confirmed the blade spoiler will be ABS.
Thanks I just sent him an email to be notified when available 😀 ✌👍
