Good deal on ebay?

If this is the white car, it is my understanding that the seller (kenwilsonford) and the bidder/buyer (lbpar) are one and the same.... This is called shill bidding, and everyone that saw it happen backed away from the car....

The white car (on Ebay) is #5959, I was considering the car and was "saved" by a member that has a great deal of knowledge about this car. 5959 has some issues.

I was told the car has been hit in the rear and passenger door. Don't know if single or two accidents. Car was straightened & would not track. Had to go back to frame or body shop to be re-worked. ( I know, no frame) Motor work done sometime in mid 80s. Motor was out of car or not running when purchased by current owner. In fact most of interior was missing including the glass. Car was bought as basket case and put together over the last year. I just decided that I did not want a car that had sub frame damage.

I noticed on my master list that #6000 and #6163 are both listed as 1973 Panteras. So that '74 may be as questionable as the other "issues."

David, you brought up a good point. Bill, you are so right! A member saved me $500 on a flight by letting me know about some of the problems regarding this car. I am very grateful. The worst thought is I might have bought the car. What a group.
