A search of eBay with a check on 'Worldwide' search using terms like Carello, Berlina etc. may give you what you want. The GP4 light units and both Carello and Altissimo lens (probably more frequently the Altissimo) come up on the European eBay sites (mostly UK, Italy and Netherlands) and a lot of the Alfa sellers don't realize they were used on the GP4 Pantera, so they are more reasonable cost wise.

There's also an Italian eBayer who sells reproduction Carello's called 'Superreflex'. I have a pair I picked up for $78 inc. the shipping and they are okay, not Carello quality, but you get what you pay for as they say (Photo attached).
