One left over from my engine bay refurb project. This grommet fit the hole where wiring passed thru near the battery if I recall. Might also have been used on LH side near starter solenoid, can't recall....
Aprox 1" over all diam, but recessed slot would make it a fit for a 3/4-7/8" hole in the sheet metal.

I believe I did cut the grommet to get it around the wiring rather than pull back the entire rear harness.......didn't want to do it.....but there ya are.... You may have your wiring out...then it's elementary!
