If anybody got a pair of Habachi hood grills they want to part with, please let me know.
Just need the grills, not the whole assembly unless there all together.

Coz on my car they are just stamped right into the hood. They are like slots stamped in.

The original set up DeTom was the grills sat on top with holding brackets underneith. has your been modified ?

No sir, not to my knowledge Mr. Coz. Of course mine is a real oddball duck. It is a euro GTS and everything about it is wierd and differant. I am thinking they are the original that came on the car because the slaotts are not all cut to the same length in a row, but side to side are perfectly symetrical. I started making a list one time about all the things differant about my car. After about thirty or fourty items, I gave up.

Mine are straight too and appear to be diffferent than DeToms.

Detom, it looks like the grill on your front hood may be factory, but the method in which your hood was cut isn't anything I've seen before.
It looks like a prior owner tried to replicate the look of the slanted vents on an Si and cut your hood in this manner. It certainly is unique and maybe even functional.

Oh, guys that is because mine is a 73. It is way older than your car.
Josh, it isn't cut at all. It is stamped. THe metal sides go down in the hood and it has paint on them and everything. If they was cut the edges would show. These are like folded down but on the other side they are all smoothed out. Those uneveness of slots sizes hide like the relays on one side and something else electrical on the other. I think they let hot air out but only when you are sitting still. Once you start moving I think the air goes out the front wheel wells.
