What would this be worth as it sits? I emailed the owner to see if there is any major problems 

I'd be interested in learning about what appears to be a fitted luggage rack to the rear deck lid...

Along with what looks like a "Nerf Bar" mounted in between the two chrome front bumperettes...

Past aftermarket items? Home made?

A friend of mine had the luggage rack on his car.  It was a pretty quality piece.

The "nerf bar" shows up on cars in CA occasionally - usually the time capsules from the 70-80s that had a little modification early on, and then have stayed the same.  I saw one at the Forza rally in Monterrey a few years back.  It was a black one...

Both the pre-L front bumper guard,

as well as those luggage racks

were available in the late 70's from Panteramerica, a company no longer in business as far as I know.

And S. Kolbe, mine is now hanging on the wall as a conversation piece, right next to my other rack.
