Well, I got my cats eyes headlights back from Amerisport and they are gorgeous. Now I want to reinstall them in the car. But, I want to make sure they line up as well as possible with the cut outs in the fenders. Anyone have some tips and tricks for that. I spent 3 hours Sunday installing them and then making little adjustments, and still didn't get them to my satisfaction. They either don't line up evenly or one cornewr is higher than the fender. They lined up very well when I took them out so I know they should go back in properly.

Too late to help you, but to get the concept out into the open, here's a tip.

Before removing the buckets from their mounting plates, drill a couple of holes through the rear of the buckets and the mounting plate. They will serve as reference locating points for the re-install.
