I've seen headliner material in fabric shops; however, I doubt it is close to original. Have you contacted anyone on e-bay who is selling parts? Maybe they have a "kit" for a little less.

Thank you gentlemen for hte responses,
I think I may have found my solution at an antique auto resto/ upholstery shop in Tampa that said they have a huge warehouse with lots of rolls of older headliner and fabrics. They claim they can match the fabric since it was fairly popular in the early 70's.
More to follow when I take them the pieces.

Please let us know what you find. I believe the headliner material and pattern used in the Pantera is unique to Italian cars.
