JACK
JUST FINISHED ABOUT A 500 MILE BREAK-IN AFTER A CAM (HOWARD 614/630) AND HEAD CHANGE. uSED 4V CLOSED CHAMBERS HEADS,STRIP DOMINATORINTAKE, EXTERNAL OIL LINE,TALL MOTORSPORT VALVE COVERS WITH MOTORCRAFT PUSH IN BREATHER. SO TO THE PROBLEM AT HIGH RPM AROUND 6500 OIL PRESSURE GAUGE PEGS AND OIL SLINGS FROM BREATHER ONTO BACK GLASS ALSO
CAR HAS NEVER LEAKED BUT STARTED DRIPPING OIL FROM ZF WEEP HOLE AFTER HARD RUN.
SHOULD I CHANGE TO A K&N BREATHER?
USING A BILLET PVC MAYBE CHANGE IT?

How much oil pressure are you really showing? Be aware that the stock gauge is notoriously inaccurate, that the 351-C needs around 65 real psi to be happy and high-pressure or high-volume pumps will actually make too much pressure, will over-torque the stock oil pump driveshaft and will quickly shear the distributor drive gear roll-pin even on aftermarket ignitions. As for the oil on the rear window, that's simply blow-by coming out of the front main seal. I've seen this happen fairly often on supercharged 351Cs, especialy ones with the stock breather system, which gets overwhelmed with the excess when the crankcaee pressurizes. The rear leak is probably from the engine rear main seal, as simple hard useage should not affect the ZF nose seal. Check to see if the rear liquid dripping out is 90-wt gear oil, or 30-wt motor oil (which smells different & feels different)
