I realize that this doesn't answer your question, but I can tell you where NOT to get the power from. There are numerous stories of people powering their choke from the coil. This acts as an effective rev-limiter and you will be unhappy with the results. You'll need to find another source.

Thanks Charles and Jack. I had heard about the coil functioning as a rev limiter so needed another sourcr. Thanks for the help.
