Hi,
I know some of you may say this is a sin, but I would like to do it.
I have seen some cars with a new console with the gauges going horizontal and the radio as well.
like this....

pref not in carbon fibre !
and then like this....

This allows a std console, can the radio be mounted there ? I have always been known for my killer audio systems, and if the radio has to stay vertical, I will have to leave it as it is ! ( my wife prefers that !!)
I promise I won't subwoofer it up ! but some nice classy sound would be cool.pref with screen and gps / bluetooth !
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I should mention, I think it would be wiser to avoid carving up your dash board, like the picture in the second link. This way you could save the oem console, and it could be returned to the oem look in the future.

Ergonomicaly, it would be very difficult for the driver to adjust a radio located in front of the passenger.

The Wilkinson console is a better way to go.

I say do it!

The horizontal look compliments the interior of the Pantera so well which is why so many owners have converted.

Besides Wilkinson..Precision Proformance (and possibly others) sell this setup.
I'd also pass on the tarted up carbon fiber look.
