550 HP and 500 ft lbs is what RBT will warranty a new box 1 year.
What upgrades would it need to get it to live through 650hp and 570 ft/lbs of torque?

I'm not a ZF expert but there are many variables to consider here. Some that spring to mind are: weight of the vehicle, tires, what are you going to do with it (road race, drag race, street...), would you consider using an ECU with launch/traction control...? If you are going to be flat brutal, you may be better off with something like the new Quaife 6-speed transaxle.
