You can get a Pantera report from Kevin Marti. It will tell you what dealer sold the car new in the US.

7188 is in Chuck's regestry, but no marti

It is shown Yellow, so I search other yellow 74's and found one with marti

it states 1112 were produced in 1974 with 225 painted yellow

Chuck list first 74 around 6225 with 7188 as 6/1/1974

I even think the For Sale add shown listed as 74 1/2

Panteras first sold in Europe had no Marti reports but may have a build sheet available in Europe from Santiago DeTomaso or Philippe Olczyak for $$$. In that case it was a private import or grey market car. Euro build sheets also give the stereo brand & serial # if the car was ordered with one.
