Fortunately, I applied this rule today by installing the MOROSO oil restrictors on the engine that I am starting to reassemble for # 4406 because out of the four, there was one which was not drilled !!! !!
Imagine what would have happened if a camshaft bearing hadn't received a single drop of oil!

I drilled it with 0.06 "drill bit and even was lucky not to break it.
