Info on "classic car lot" Pantera

Hi All,

I'm looking for a '73 or older (CA smog exempt) Pantera, ideally flared, rust-free etc, basic performance mods, $30-$45K range. Yellow is ideal. In addition to considering some for sale on this board and PIM, I came across this on Autotrader.com:

1971 Pantera


Does anyone have any info on this car? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
