From the photos it appears you may already have access to the Provamo registry? You can re-order the Marti report that shows it was imported via Seattle, sold through Pacific Lincoln Mercury and appears to have remained in WA it's whole life.  It looks to have been a bit of a barn find at one point not too long ago, but still wearing original Arrive tires so maybe it had very few owners? If you are local with some detective wok perhaps you can track down history, from photos etc. If you can get the digital photos they might have a GPS coordinate stamp. Does WA DMV cooperative for requests of prior DMV data?
