Inspection help - Scottsdale, AZ

I found a nice car: Orange 1974 Pantera, VIN: THPNND06772

It is listed by Pro Auto Exchange in Bensalem, PA and is on its way to Scottsdale, Arizona for dealer checkup.

Does anyone here know this car, or know someone in Arizona who can inspect this car for me?

Outside of suitability for purchase, I would also like an opinion on what needs to be done before it could be driven from Scottsdale to Victoria, BC (near Seattle, WA).

The pres of the arizona chapter of POCA is a member of this board under the name Rapid (Kevin). My advertising manager Coz (Jim) is also my regional rep for Phoenix. Both Kevin and Jim live in the Phoenix area. Between the two of them we can find somebody who can inspect the car for you when it arrives in the Phoenix area.
