This is the US Senators car. I TOOK those exact pictures years ago here in Miami. Those are my pictures we used to advertise the car. We sold that car a few years ago. Resold on BAT weeks back, look up the ad. The new owner was in Mexico I was told, but the car is (now) in Montana. Also, the car was just picked up a week ago independent of being sold (and paid for) 10 weeks ago. It developed a no start condition recently; we got that straight. Couldn't possibly have power steering, we didn't install it, and like I say the car just left Ft. Lauderdale recently. Hmmmm.

Not only no, but hell no. Seller has a 0 rating. Screams of scam.
Typical scam listing. No information about the car and runs listing without reserve, etc.
File a report to eBay here
Plus the bidding started at $5K…. Scam for sure.
The seller's name is vingat_87. He has zero transactions on eBay and his account was started on Nov 03, 2023.
I just sent him this message. Do you think he will respond?
"I am at my place in Whitefish. Can I come over and see the car? Thank you"

Yeah..... no. It will be interesting if he does however.
...you can report suspicious ads to Ebay easily--I did on this one (quoting this thread) and the ad is now gone...Its just very easy to fake a sale of anything on Ebay, I've been scammed (and thank goodness for the Ebay/credit card insurance...but you have to stay in the system).
He was a state senator. The deal on BaT apparently died as the buyer was a no show scammer. He bought 3 cars in one day. The car has a strange past and really looks odd.
POOF....GONE! Busted we got 'em.
